Based on product drawings we design all non-standard injection mold components down to detail drawings including all information about materials, tolerances, heat treatment and fitting operations, special instructions, etc.
Moldflow analysis help to get improved mold performance with shorter cycle times and less part warp, especially for large plastic parts.
The numerous mold components are manufactured by our supplier network. All critical mold components are delivered to our supplier network through our company to secure our high quality level. Every phase of the manufacture and assembly process is supervised.
This manufacture strategy enables us to produce smaller highest precision as well as largest possible injection molds with plastics part weights from below 1 gram to more than 100 kg. Mold weights range from a few hundred kilograms up to far more than hundred metric tons. Largest injection molding machines for customers applications reach world's top level clamping forces of 80'000 kN.
